As your Second District 1st Vice District Representative, I will abide by the 2nd District bylaws and support the Strategic vision of the incoming 2nd District Representative.

I will continue the great work of the current 1st Vide District Representative and, with his concurrence, make any necessary changes to improve the committee's work under our leadership.
